Built in 2016, Copal Tree Distillery is located in rural Southern Belize and is surrounded by 22,000 acres of rainforest conservancy set against the Mayan Mountains

Set on 3,000 acres, Copal Tree Farms is the first certified-organic farm in Belize. All the heirloom sugarcane distilled to make the rum is grown in the farmland surrounding the distillery.
